We'll provide you with a return authorization number and return address.

Package & Send

Pack items securely in original packaging if possible. Include the return authorization number.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately:

  • Take photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We'll arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • No need to return damaged food items - we'll take your word for it
