Return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund
If you're not satisfied with quality, we'll make it right
Simply contact us and we'll guide you through the return process

- Unopened food items within 30 days
- Toys and non-food items in original packaging
- Items damaged during shipping
- Items that don't match the description
❌ What cannot be returned:
- Opened food items (for health and safety reasons)
- Items returned after 30 days
- Personalized or custom items
- Items damaged by misuse

Get Return Authorization
We'll provide you with a return authorization number and return address.
Package & Send
Pack items securely in original packaging if possible. Include the return authorization number.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately:
- Take photos of the damaged items and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- No need to return damaged food items - we'll take your word for it
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
